Finance Team

Jill Jaworski serves as the City of Chicago’s Chief Financial Officer.  Previously, she spent the last 25 years working in public finance first as an investment banker and then as a financial advisor and consultant at PFM Financial Advisors. In her time at PFM, she opened the Chicago FA office in 2010 and grew it from one person to a fully staffed practice that advised the City and all of the major sister agencies and built a specialized practice serving transit agencies nationally get grant funding and financing for mega projects. After a career advising and consulting to governments, she is excited to be on the inside working with the Mayor and his staff to effect real change in how the City manages its finances.

Jill is a board member of CSBI and has hosted many students over the years. She is also a member of the Society of Municipal Analysts and is a former board member of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB).
